Thank you for buying with us! We are honored that you have selected our products, which undergo a rigorous quality inspection before shipping. We appreciate your satisfaction and your trust in our products.

Please allow us up to one business day to respond to your email and offer a suitable solution. I appreciate your cooperation.
Exchange Policy
We have a free 5-day exchange policy for pickups, starting on the day of delivery. If size concerns arise, exchanges can be handled. Please let us know if you would like to swap your item within this time frame. The reverse pickup will be scheduled, and it usually takes three days to finish. The new product will be shipped to you when we do a quality check on the returned item.
You will have to cover the difference in price between the original and the replacement goods that were replaced. Please be aware that each order may only be exchanged once.
Return Policy
All of our products are subjected to thorough inspections prior to shipment as part of our dedication to quality. However, within 48 hours of delivery, please get in touch with us if you receive a defective product (products that are damaged, misprinted, or otherwise flawed). To proceed, we will need evidence of the damage, such as videos and photos of the faulty goods being unpacked and pictures of the original packing. A replacement product will be sent out as soon as possible. The customer's screen resolution may affect the product or products' color.
Since our goods are custom-made to your requirements (including cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after an order has been processed.
Cancellation Policy
We are aware that plans are subject to change. Please notify us by email at order@dipnik.com within 1 hour of placing your order if you must cancel. This grace period enables us to make sure that we can easily fulfill your request in the event that your needs alter. We start processing your purchase after 1 hour in order to fulfill our delivery promises on time, and after your product has started production, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Our top priorities are providing outstanding customer service and encouraging civil and expert interactions with our clients. Please be aware that abusive language or conduct is not tolerated. We uphold our dedication to professionalism even when customers make mistakes, including ordering the wrong size, color, or item. Communication will be cut off if abusive behavior persists. We value your cooperation and understanding in preserving a polite atmosphere for all parties.
The refund will be reduced by Rs 150 if the consumer rejects the merchandise when it is delivered. The sum is subtracted since we are responsible for paying for both shipping and return shipping.
All disputes are subjected to Telangana jurisdiction only.
