What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Depending on the shipping destination and additional variables (public holidays, severe weather, etc.), orders in India are normally delivered in 5-8 working days. Rarely, depending on the product's availability, it could take two weeks. Delivery times in some areas of Northeast India and Jammu & Kashmir can reach 10 working days.
Are there any extra fees for shipping?
All prepaid orders are shipped free of charge, while all cash-on-delivery items are invoiced at Rs 99.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order once it is dispatched. An email and SMS will be sent with a tracking code and link. If you have any confusion you can email us at order@dipnik.com.
Which courier services were utilized to deliver the item?
Based on the pincode, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress ship all of our products.
When tracking information indicates that a product has been delivered but the consumer has not received it, what will happen?
This is an uncommon occurrence because the merchandise is usually brought to the office mail room or retrieved by family members, neighbors, or roommates. In legitimate situations, we will reimburse the consumer in full after completing a thorough inquiry, which takes ten working days.
If, after receiving the order delivery notification, you have not received the product, kindly notify us within 48 hours. Our courier partner will be notified right away, and the problem will be fixed. It will be difficult for us to take action after the specified time frame, and we won't be responsible for any damages.
